An experiment of practical solutions and small projects at my family’s forest cabin. A new chapter began at the cabin. On the top of a little hill, bordering the natural landscape to a cultivated one along the river valley. No access to property by vehicle, yet. Otherwise accessible and well connected. A fine place to create.

I took over management cleaning up twenty years of rubbish, and initiated a new chapter at the hardly used cabin. I lived there and allowed my creativity to set the pace of development, with projects ranging from floor insulation, and toilet building, tree felling

and well renovation. The vision of the cabin was to rent it out, which we successfully did during summer 2019.

  • Cleaning out old stuff and decorating two households
  • Renovation and reconstruction
  • Composting, planting, greenhouse, weeding, harvesting and cooking
  • Foraging and gathering resources from nature
  • Event hosting and workshop leading
